The grapes come from plots located at the foot of Husseren-Les-Châteaux. The ideal climatic conditions allows optimal ripening of the grapes while keeping a freshness, characteristic for the terroir.

It shows complex and intense aromas of ripe yellow fruit, mixed with pastry notes, honey flowers and dried fruits. On the palate, a frank and rich attack enhanced by a salty and complex acidity. The wine is generous but it remains balanced thanks to the intense and specific freshness of its original terroir.

As an accompaniment to charcuteries, white meats in sauce or game birds (pheasant, pigeon ..).
