Delivery possible only in France. No shipping  outside metropolitan France.

PRICE TTC : Our price « Port Compris » are for a minimum of 24 mixed bottles, by recipient, for a deliver in metropolitan France (except Corsica and brittany islands).

TRANSPORT : Surcharge of 18 € under 24 bottles ordered.

The expeditions at several addresses will be charged as so much delivery separated, even if they are the object of a single order and a single paiement.

A recapitulative invoice of your online order will be sent to you by mail.

In case of absence, every redelivery will be charged.

PACKAGING : Your orders are sent conditioned in box of 6 or 12 bottles.

PAIEMENT : Bank card only.

VINTAGE : In case of exhaustion of the mentioned vintage wines, the orders will be executed in the equivalent qualities of the following vintage wines.

The law forbidding the sale of alcohol at least of 18 years, we ask you to confirm at the time of the order that you are more than 18 years old. We thank you for your understanding.

DISCOUNT

For 48 bottles to 119 bottles : 2%.

For 120 botlles and more : 3%

Applicable in case of shipping at the same address in metropolitan France.

Any complaint concerning as well the problems of break-in, loss or theft of all or part of expedition, will, to be valid, be made at the time of the delivery with the carrier, by an express mention on the delivery note, then be confirmed to us by mail under 48 hours. After agreement of our services, the missing or damaged goods will be replaced to you free of charge.

Pursuant to article L 121-16 of the consumer code, the customer is entitled to a cooling-off period that ends fourteen days as from the delivery of the products ordered.

This retraction will have to be made necessarily in writing, the expenses of return will be under your responsibility.

Retention of title : supplied wines remain the property of Kuentz Bas until the last day of the perfect payment, correspondingly to the law N°80335 of the 12/05/1980.
