Aged in oak casks for 12 months.

Nose which already reveals intense aromas of black fruits and spices. The black cherry is also expressed with a lot of character and finesse. The palate is fleshy and elegantly structured by beautiful silky tannins. A gourmet wine with its aromatic expression and sophisticated with its opulent style which gives it a lot of body and width. The finish, still a little tight with the youth but waiting to flourish.

To accompany beautiful grilled pieces of beef, duck breasts with berries, a chartreuse of young pigeons or with certain cheeses.
