Gewurztraminer La 4ème Tour 2021

This wine comes from terroirs located on the slopes of Husseren-les-Châteaux, the highest point of the famous Alsace Wine Route, at an altitude of between 250 and 400 metres.

On the nose, it expresses a fine and delicate style where fresh fruits and flowers are mixed. Then, when it opens, it becomes more complex with the appearance of spices.

The palate is frank and clear, the roundness of the grape is present but it remains fused in a straight and fresh structure, with a certain minerality.

An ideal wine in combination with spicy, exotic cuisine or on cheeses. Or as an accompaniment to a lemon lamb tagine, a citrus wrestling ceviche, or on sushi.
