Riesling Grand Cru Geisberg 2019

One of the smallest Grands Crus of Alsace by its size but one of the grandest by its soil. Staggering slopes allows us to create a great terroir Riesling, both complex and powerful, accompanied by a remarkable finesse. Be seduced by this enchanting terroir located in Ribeauvillé.

Reserved in its youth, the intensity of the nose increases year after year to become very expressive and complex: from ripe yellow fruits to orange zest and acacia flowers. The strong minerality of the terroir expresses itself softly. The palate reflects the nose with an intense and complex aromatic expression. A light roundness accompanies the attack, which is well-balanced by a salty and chiseled acidity. A juicy and gourmet wine with many layers and depth, supported by a mineral and racy structure which leaves us with a remarkable palatable finish.

To drink with white fish in sauce, a spicy monkfish roast, a lobster “gratin” or with white meats.
