Jean ça Bulles - Vin Pétillant Naturel

A blend of 80% Auxerrois and 20% Muscat, coming from terroirs located on the slopes of Husseren-les-Châteaux, the highest point of the famous Alsace wine route, at an altitude of around 250 to 400 meters. The soil consists of marl and limestone. These soils allow a beautiful ripeness and a preservation of acidity. This gives wines with an expression of ripe fruit and a nice freshness on the finish.

This sparkling wine has fine and elegant bubbles.

On the nose it develops an intense, fresh and fruity aromatic expression. The palate is crispy, full of fruit and savoury. A wine of immediate pleasure, easy to drink on any occasion.

Pairs wonderfully with appetizers or with strawberries and fruity desserts.
