<p>Let’s be honest: after the rush of the Christmas time, January in Ammerschwihr is... peaceful. While our cuvées are quietly aging in the cellar (and looking great, by the way!), I was already getting itchy feet.</p>
<p>The wine fair season is officially open, and I can’t wait to head to the capital for the one we’ve all been waiting for: Wine Paris!</p>
