Pinot Noir Mosaïk Bio 2016
Ruby colour, on the nose it is intense and complex with red berries, sweet spices and toasted and fine oaky notes. The palate is soft and gourmet with tannins well-integrated in a mature and generous body. The balance remains fresh and gives length to the finish.
Aged in Burgundy oak casks.
To enjoy in combination with grilled meats, local cold meats, soft cheeses or with a buffet.
